  • 1 can of sweet condensed milk
  • 6 eggs

Fill a pressure cooker with water

Place the can of sweet condensed milk unopened

(Take all the paper out of the can, put the can in the pan, cover with water, add a couple lemon slices to the water so your pan doesn´t turn dark)

Close the pan and take it to medium stove to cook for 40 minutes.

(if you do not have a pressure cooker you can use a normal pan but it will take about 2 hours)

Remove all water and can

Let the can cool off

Meanwhile beat the egg whites to peak

Carefully open the can and place the condensed milk in a large bowl

Add one egg yolk at the time and mix well

Add the egg whites a little at the time and keep on folding the cream

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
